Played practically every sport growing up.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Coach Luke Kayyem introduced me to the sport of fitness and has been my mentor ever since. My first ever CrossFit workout was workout 12.1. Excited to compete on with the San Diego Athletics Team in 2016.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
With school, work, social life, etc. I train whenever my schedule permits.
