How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
As many calories as possible in my body in a day. If I can do it with real foods then I do.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
Daily training looks like this: Snatch, CJ and if I'm lucky… squat. Then repeat. Conditioning is Snatch, CJ, and Squat with less rest. Workout at Crossfit Deep Ellum where I coach and training alongside our competitive athletes.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
All kinds of high school sports including Olympic Weightlifting and Olympic Weightlifting throughout college.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
Started in Athens while I was at the University of Georgia and moved to Dallas where I coach at CF Deep Ellum.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Generally take a rest day once a week or at least an active rest day where I just move light weight around and do some dynamic range of motion work.
