I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat what I can, living at college is tough, but Im trying zoning my foods in order to make sure I get the right amount of fuel especially during high volume days.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
