How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat what I can, living at college is tough, but I stick to a high protein diet the best I can with as little processed food.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Played High school lacrosse and Soccer. I am now a D1 CrossFitter haha
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I love CrosFit, and if other people want to pursue a fitter lifestyle then I love helping them get there.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
my schedule is random. dont usually go more than 3 days on
