I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
My athletic background has been with Gymnastics, swimming, skiing, softball, and indoor soccer .
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started crossfit with a group of friends from work who had already been doing it for a while. I needed a change to the regular "group workout" at the gym.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try and get 4 workouts in a week, depending on my work schedule. I'm on the "unlimited" package so it pushes me to get my workouts in, to get the most use for my money!
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CF for almost 4 years and still love it! Even with a ruptured disc (old injury from years ago) I still do most of the weightlifting but modify the weight.
