I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I crossfit 3-4 times a week and do some running, well I call it that, it is more that i get my dog out for air and a run on the other days.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had the greatest experience from the day I walked in to a box. I travel so I workout at a few gyms. Everywhere the people are amazing. Guys like Jeremy Merideth - a top competitor, worked out at my gym. He would finish and wait around for me to finish (and that was a long wait) and he would encourage me along. That culture needs to stay as this phenomena grows. always encourage the new people no matter how good you get!

I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
walked in at 242 pounds and unable to do 2 pull ups. An overhead squat with a wood dowel was a dream.
