How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Right now I am pregnant and just trying to eat quality foods.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I CrossFit 3 to 4 times a week and walk 4 days a week.

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I take 3 rest days a week from CrossFit, but usually walk an hour on my days off. I have had to readjust my programming a bit since pregnant.
