When I was growing up I was not able to maintain a discipline, I tried a lot of sports, but non "charmed" me so I lasted a few months practicing it and then, another and another. The most consistent thing I ever did was yoga, for almost 2 years, but I was not very disciplined, until last year I found Crossfit and completely changed my life. I've learned to love my body, to challenge myself, and every day I see I'm always able to be better, so I do this to prove myself I can do so much!
