I was the fastest kid on my block and played hand ball, if that counts for sports.
My Experience With CrossFit
the workouts allow me to eat more donuts... which is nice.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
or just watch youtube videos of funny stuff until my abs ache... it works.
