I played youth or high school level sports
I ran track & field as kid. I was unactive for about 10 years before trying Crossfit.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
At one point I did multiple WODs a day but have been setback due to a few injuries.
