ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Mostly paleo with whey protein or milk post wod.

How I Train

I write my own programming

I record my workouts

I do my affiliates programming 3-4 days a week and add in extra stuff from where ever seems fun ( .com,SEALFIT, CF Endurnace, Comps, other affiliates, etc)

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I have attended one or more specialty courses

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I train other people

I started CF in my back yard with rocks ,logs and tires, progressed to using the same equipment in bootcamps in the park and eventually opened my own affiliate. I also coach youth football and wrestling ( 8yrs-14yrs) my teams CF 2-4 x /week after practice. Many of my young athletes are often athletically over matched but win on work capacity alone. Being able to make a living coaching these methodologies has both helped me have my dream "Job" and made me unemployable in any other field
