How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I have incorporated a lot more healthy foods into my diet including more fruits, vegetables and fresh green juice (kale, ginger, cucumber, etc.) I have cut back 85% on bread, pasta and sugars. I have cut about 90% of dairy from my diet as well.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I LOVE my Crossfit box - SF CrossFit - the coaching and competition is very motivating. Plus, Fernando and Tom have invested a lot in the equipment and facility - it's gorgeous!
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
Before CrossFit, was a triathlete always looking to "just finish" the race, even short sprints. Now, I am much stronger and leaner and working toward my first medal for my age group. Plus, I used to be too heavy for a half marathon, and I've just finished my third. I attribute this to the consistent endurance training.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I run 3 or 4 times per week in conjunction with Crossfit 5 x week.
