I've been an athlete since 6th grade. Usually not a podium athlete rather an enthusiast; doing sports for 40 years! Every now and then I win, but that isn't what keeps me interested. Its the joy of playing.
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat a modified Paleo diet. Pizza every Monday night, with a glass of wine.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
In the winter I do XF about 5 days a week. In the summer I race mountain bikes, so I ride more and XF less due to time constraints.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I've run/skied/biked/climbed/white water kayaked/mountaineered for the last 20 years, so I came to XF from a good base of fitness.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
XF mon - friday, telemark ski or bike on weekends depending on season.
