How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I’ve always considered myself above average when it comes to fitness and eating healthy. When I played college hockey I would always place in the top percent for our team fitness tests, while sticking to a structured diet. After just two weeks of taking the Elements class at CrossFit New England I have learned more about fitness and nutrition than I have over my 26 years. It’s a very humbling yet motivating experience. The only regret I have is that I never heard about CrossFit until now.
