ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I do my best to eat well but am not overly strict. I like to enjoy what I eat and do have a pretty solid sweet tooth.

How I Train

Workout mainly with co-workers and friends. Primarily follow Ben Bergeron's CompetitorsWOD programming with some variety mixed in. Love to run, hike, and play various sports as well.

My Athletic Background

Played football and basketball and ran track in high school. Ran track and cross-country in college. Like to play a wide variety of sports now.

My Experience With CrossFit

Started loosely a few years back at local big box gyms. Completed the Level 1 cert in 2010. I really enjoy CrossFit because it is varied, intense, competitive, and helps people see constant physical improvement. It is a fun part of my life that I can do with a community of people. My priorities lie in my faith in Christ, my family, my friends, my career, and in multiple other areas. I'm thankful to be able to do CrossFit alongside these things.

My Work/Rest Schedule

Typically train 5 days a week with one active rest day as needed.
