Originally from Saginaw, I traveled extensively in my job as a media writer and content provider, including stints in Tijuana, Mexico and Baltimore, MD. I recently moved back to Michigan and currently live in Grand Rapids where I work out at 8th Day gym and the YMCA. i have done CrossFit both at affiliated gyms and on my own since 2009.
