I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Our affiliate follows Outlaw CrossFit programming. Our competitive athletes live by the Outlaw Way.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
We started in our garage, but now I'm (along with my wife) the owner of CrossFit Merced. Our community is amazing.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Sunday is a day of rest.
