I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm a big beliver in the whole paleo lifestyle, and I live by it just about all the time. Every now and then though, I eat what ever I feel like.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I began working out when CrossFit Uppsala started their affiliate.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I usually workout 2 - 4 days a week, for about an hour á time.
