How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
Fish,meat&eggs, veggies,seeds&nuts, fruit, little potatoes&rice. Addicted to black coffee (and Dark Chocolate,I admit it!!!) Usually once a week I eat 1 or 2 "free(cheat)-meal"

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
