I was living fairly un-healthy when in February of 2015 I decided I needed a life change. I heard about crossfit from a co-worker and so I searched what was near me. I found a beautiful place called CrossFit South-Central Ma. I've been going steadily since March 2015. I absolutely love it. I love how I feel physically and mentally. I love the atmosphere and the people. Crossfit possibly saved my life.
