Bio

I've spent the entirety of my life overweight, with it ballooning substantially during college and my early 20s. Three years ago I decided to make a change and switched to eating paleo. Soon after I discovered CrossFit. Now I'm losing weight and getting stronger. While I still have a long way to go, I'm loving the journey.
