I come up with my workouts and tend to find some from online. I am lucky enough to have a great training partner in Wade Whitton. Sometimes I am also lucky enough to train with Brandon Phillips as well.

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I lost 70 lbs doing crossfit and had the privilege to compete at regionals in 2012. Im hoping to make it back again this year and do even better. I am doing things in crossfit that I never thought I would be able to do. I am proud of how far I have come but I am not done yet.
