How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I rarely do sugars other than my fluid performance drink when mountain biking. For the most part I do a revised paleo. I don't cut out my oatmeal in the morning, but I absolutely never eat pasta it's disgusting and the stomach pain just isn't worth it to me. Lean meats, leafy greens and fruits are my staples. My favorite snack is a handful of slivered almonds along with an asain pear or an apple.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I mountain bike and crossfit on the same day twice a week almost every week with the exception of games time where I skip the mountain biking and reserve my energy to optimize my performance during the brutal wod. I run at least two mornings a week with a recreational/challenging run every other Thursday night with the world's largest drinking club with a running problem otherwise known as Hash House Harriers. I also volunteer with an outdoor event group preparing trails for adventure courses and mud runs.
