I am an individual with a passion for regimented training and adventure. I train for endurance obstacle course races and love the outdoors. My motto: take chances, risk rejection, seek happiness :)
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I rarely do sugars other than my fluid performance drink and Clif bars when obstacle course racing. For the most part I do a revised paleo. I don't cut out oatmeal in the morning, but I absolutely never eat pasta it's disgusting. I love green beans and sweet potatoes and citrus chicken. Lean meats, leafy greens, colorful veggies and fruits are my staples. My favorite snack is a handful of slivered almonds along with a pear or an apple.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I record my workouts
I participate in crossfit on the same day twice a week almost every week with the exception of upcoming obstacle course race then I revise my programming. I like to at least two to three times a week with a recreational/challenging run every other Thursday night with the world's largest drinking club with a running problem otherwise known as Hash House Harriers. I also volunteer with Spartan Race promoting.
