Bio

I am an individual with a passion for regimented training and adventure. I train for obstacle course races, ultrarunning, endurance challenges and love the outdoors. My motto: take chances, risk rejection, seek happiness :)

ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I rarely do sugars other than my fluid performance drink and Clif bars when obstacle course racing or endurance training. I do a revised paleo. I don't cut out oatmeal in the morning, but I absolutely never eat pasta it's disgusting. I love green beans and sweet potatoes and citrus chicken. Lean meats, leafy greens, colorful veggies and fruits are my staples. My favorite snack is a honeycrisp apple.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I record my workouts

I participate in crossfit on the same day twice a week almost every week with the exception of upcoming obstacle course race then I revise my programming. I like to train at least two to three times a week with endurance/long distance training on the weekend. I volunteer with Spartan Race Street Team and enjoy volunteering at many local events. I can often be found in tall socks at an aid station making sure athletes are happy on the race course.
