I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Plant based, high nutrition.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
A mix of home WODs / runs / Crossfit affiliates as often as my schedule allows. I like hitting the affiliates for WODs and coaching.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I've run 35 marathons and a couple of ultras. PR marathon is 3:21.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Crossfit Sherwood and Corssfit Wilsonville are my boxes of choice.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
6 days on and 1 day rest.
