How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I really don't eat cheat meals.Generally tons of veggies and 4-6 oz. of meat for lunch and dinner. I guess it would be Paleo with a little dairy but don't buy into all the hype crap. Fried food is poison. Never eat garbage..sometimes I throw too much down the pie hole though...So I'm still a fat old guy Breakfast varies but no oatmeal or grains for sure.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
just an old guy trying to get in shape...not really good at anything but I try and show up every time, train intelligently (scale) and give it my best.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Thought I was in shape until I did a main side WOD in early 2010..totally kicked my butt and had to check it out..never looked back.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I need all the help I can get and my girlfriend reminds me of it everyday.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I tend to train 2-3x per week, off days include road biking and swimming...if I do more I tend to break down...I'm learning less is more for me.
