I played college sports
I played D1 softball, have a gymnastics background and love sports in general.

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
Peter Egyed introduced me to CrossFit 4 years ago at a regular gym we worked at together and then I started competing with him 1 and half ago at his affiliate CrossFit Fury.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
We rest on Thursday and Sunday every week.
