How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Lot´s of protein and medium carbs after workouts. 5 days a week low carb no starch, high protein medium fat. 2 days a week medium carb, high protein and low fat. Veggies 4 times a day, fruit 2 times. Milk and protein supplement after workout. Fish Oil, mineral/vitamin supplement every day. Kreatinalkanyl before heavy workouts.
