I played college volleyball and threw heavy objects for track as well! (discus, hammer, weight throw, and shot-put)

CrossFit is a non-negotiable in my life! I love the intensity and I appreciate the daily challenge to become all I can while breaking my own perceived physical limits. It's amazing. I also enjoy helping others push through their own perceived mental and physical barriers.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
