I started with CrossFit New Albany in January 2012. Yep, 2 months in and I registered. You ask why? I say why not? It can only make me a better CrossFitter!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
How I Train
I workout at a CrossFit Affiliate 3-5 days a week and lift/ do cardio 1-2 days at a local gym.
