How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I started the Paleo diet in Sept. and have continued to follow that diet.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
I've worked out with weights in a gym for 30 years. I enjoy snow skiing, snow boarding and water skiing. I enjoy hiking, running, mountain biking and swimming. I've been involved in sports all my adult life.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I love CrossFit. It's challenging and pushes me beyond what I would do alone. I love the variety, everyday is different. I love our RCF family. We all have a common interest we share. Everyone is helpful and shares from their experience and knowledge. They are a great support system.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
We started doing Crossfit as a family class last year and realized it was a sport during the Open. Our family still participates every week at RCF and they are a great inspiration and support system for me.
