Bio

I have been doing Crossfit for 3 years. It is in my blood now, a part of my every day life like breathing and eating. I have two beautiful girls that I hope to inspire and they will continue in the same active lifestyle. I am recently married. I am a lil addicted to Crossfit ;) I try to work in a rest day but sometimes that is not easy, when I see a workout and think ooh! I wanna try that! I train a few girls, and I aspire to someday be a Crossfit coach. I tried for regionals last year and missed it by one so I am super excited to be participating this year!

How I Eat

I weigh and measure my food

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I pretty much eat clean, not really paleo. And I have a love/hate relationship with chocolate :/

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I work out at Crossfit Springfield almost everyday, rest days are something I really have to scuttle in because I love to workout, it's not a have to for me. I'm a lil bit of an addict :)

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

I teach group fitness classes but I did not do any high school activities

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
