I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
After I hit 40 I found my CrossFit Affiliate and coach (Jerry Hill). Lost over 35 lbs. More than doubled my strength in every major lift and started Masters level powerlifting competitively. Something completely unheard of - even laughable - before I started CrossFit.
