Crossfit has saved my life. When I started I weighed 395 pounds. I have lost a 170 pound since the first week of March 2011. Thanks to Crossfit Hammond and Brad Mckee I now can live a normal life, what ever that is. Just did my first DHP wod with Brad last weekend at Crossfit Oveload. Did the Dogs Scaling at 45:38. Not to bad for someone that weighed 425 pound less than a year ago.
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Count Calories I do eat Paleo not super strict. I hoave lost a 170 pounds since I started Crossfitting.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
Started at Hammond Crossfit and moved back to my house in Arizona

I played youth or high school level sports
I Wrestled, played Baseball and Football in High School. I was a 3 year Letterman

I have lost 170 pound since the first week of March 2011 doing Crossfit and diet only. I do WOD's at my house. I have 10-12 other people come over and do them also.
