I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I don't follow a strict diet. I perform the "is this healthy" and "why am I eating this" check.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I participate 2x/week at my affiliate and practice at a regular gym.
