I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at CrossFit Invictus, I love training outside in different environments as well as all the wonderful Gyms we travel to for the level 1 seminars.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

Started alone. Then with Coach Mike P from CrossFit Gotham in nyc. Then crossfit took me all over the map.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I Follow a bulgrian weightlifting progression and do metabolic conditioning in conjunction with it.
