Bio

Eight years competitive gymnastics, 5 years coaching gymnastics, HS track and field. CrossFit Kids coach. My cousin Billy convinced me to try CrossFit a year ago, and I've loved it ever since. I'm looking forward to improving my techniques and strength as time goes on.
