I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I work on my weaknesses a lot, and do enough of my favorites to still enjoy training. If its not fun and challenging, but mostly if its not fun for me, if it wasn't for the community of CrossFit, I would not train. I love the people at my box, they literally saved my life and continue to be my therapy.
