Former USMC Infantry 2000-2004, very unhealthy lifestyle until 2009 when my family got me into CrossFit. Took me a few more years to totally transform myself into a healthier version of myself. I'm now a full-time coach. I have a beautiful girlfriend Christina Hale, and two amazing daughters Cadence and Avery.
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I have weighed and measured my food before (actually Christina did for us) and now I eat whenever I can around coaching. I usually make pretty good choices, but I could be way better.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I work on my weaknesses a lot, and do enough of my favorites to still enjoy training. If its not fun and challenging, but mostly if its not fun for me, if it wasn't for the community of CrossFit, I would not train. I love the people at my box, they literally saved my life and continue to be my therapy.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Right at about four years now, but only been consistent the last year and half.
