How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Berries and fermented milk, huge amount of eggs and nuts, 1kg of meat per day minimum, 2 dL of high quality olive oil. Ideal post-workout meal is pancakes with maple syrup or pizza with stout.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
Olympic weightlifting, dog sprints, something CFFBish, random metcons.
