How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
i try and eat paleo, but you only live once so if i can eat paleo i do but if its not there then i eat what is. but i don't cheat all the time. most times its paleo and slim to few is a cheat ! i try and cheat 2-3 times a month .
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
with the job i have now it allows me to have 4 days off. so Mondays, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday i work out 2-4 times a day. i try to go in at lunch time to get my lifts in, and then later ill go in and get a wod or 2 in. depending on my little girl and her naps i might not be able to lift so i go in at night and get it all done at once. some days i get 2 wods in and some days i get 3 wods in all depends on the schedule of my daughter she has tumble and dance classes. so we are always busy! its fun!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
started crossfit in 2008, a month after my daughter was born i was heavy about 230# and was tiered of being big so me and a friend joined crossfit together. i started to become addicted to it. Now i am in the best shape of my life and i love every minute of it. the other day i was walking in to my apt. with my daughter and had about 6 bags of groceries and my work out bag and Gracies dance bag so she was helping me carry stuff and she dropped her blanket. she had so much in her hands she couldn't pick it up. so with my bag over my shoulder bags in my hands i did a squat reached down and grabbed it. and that's why i crossfit i said to myself everyday life i love it.
