I follow paleo philosophies regarding my diet with a few exceptions.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played rugby league until i was 18. Making representative teams as a half back/five-eighth
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I aim to complete a minimum of 5 workouts per week.
