How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try and eat quality foods and take supplements. However, I have weaknesses for Pizza and Bacon Cheeseburgers.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
My wife and I have always been involved in fitness. My wife taught Aerobics and Pilates for 20 years. I was an indoor cycling instructor for over 6 years teaching 4 to 6 classes a week. I thought I was in good shape... Then I started participating in CrossFit. I'm very impressed with the intensity and results. Also impressed with the CrossFit community.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started Sept 19th, 2011 at Colorado Springs CrossFit. Many thanks to Shane at Colorado Springs Crossfit for helping me get started. Thanks to Lee Pappas and Nicole Perry for kicking my butt every morning at Brethren...
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I hit the early morning sessions at Brethren CrossFit every MTWThF and the 8am on Saturday. It clears my head for my busy work day...
