How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Currently doing a Paleo challenge! But 1 full cheat meal (that is still pretty healthy) with a glass of wine is quite tasty!!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
CFOT in Alexandria VA!!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Did a lot of cross country running and track in high school. Have always enjoyed lifting weights, biking and running !!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I am 8 months into my CrossFit journey & loving it!! Great workouts, great competition and a whole lot of fun!!
