My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Individual sports such as cross country and track were my main focus when I was younger. Have always enjoyed lifting weights, hiking and biking!!

My experience with this awesome community has been the coolest thing ever!! Making new friends and doing such awesome stuff together - whether its working out or grabbing dinner- it is just cool! I read an article recently that talked about how as adults we do not make friends like we did when we were kids - obviously written by a NON crossfitter!!! I have an amazing community of friends!

I usually only do 1 workout a day
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Going into this years open - I am 2.5 years into my crossfit journey and I love it!! The change in my body has been awesome and in the activities I get to do! Found out that I really do enjoy competing - who knew!!??!?!
