Bio

My bio is not much different from last year. Having undergone another surgery, and still in recovery mode, I am not able to do so much, and am just now working on coming back. So, the Open will be my way to work on coming back, not necessarily competing. I would not be surprised if I come in last, just like I do at my box right now. I am always last. But really, it is what it is... I am blessed to be able to even sign up. Obviously I don't have any unreal expectations as to how I might do. I just want to do the WODs, hopefully RX. And I'd like to make it past the second one. I did not fill in my numbers because the maxes and times that I have are not my current times or maxes. I don't know what my current ones are, or what I am capable of doing.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Mostly paleo, but i listen to my body and eat what I need to fuel life. I forego what is unnecessary.
