Im a competitive drugfree bodybuilder that was challenged by the CrossFit Games after seeing them on ESPN in 2012. What a blast! After 9 months of crossfit training I qualified for the 2013 Crossfit Games and placed 4th. The highlight of my athletic career was winning the title of "Fittest on Earth" at the 2014 Crossfit Games in the Masters 50-54 year age division.
