How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Usually I eat too much. Specially when I am not on paleo or zone diet.

I regularly play recreational sports
Chess player. Play golf on the summertime. used to play league football but that was many years ago. Now only cycle 1-2 a week, play handball once a week and football once a week.
