How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow a clean Paleo type diet. I love bacon.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I've been following the Outlaw Way programming since early December 2012 and have been seeing amazing results/improvements.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Division I Softball Pitcher. Been lifting heavy (obviously incorrectly) for softball since 2002. I had a lot of form and injury issues to work through when I began. Now, constantly fighting mobility issues.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
I've been CrossFitting since October 2011 and never looked back after that first WOD- Instantly addicted. I got my Level 1 last summer and now coach while on deployment at Vulture CrossFit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
5 days a week.
