I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I don't eat paleo, but I try to eat real food. If it doesn't look like it came from a plant or animal, I try not to eat it.

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
CrossFit at least 3 days a week and play volleyball 2 days a week with one day off.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started CrossFit just before the 2012 Open. Completed the 2013 Open and my first CrossFit competition at various military affiliates in Afghanistan. Back home for the 2014 Open.
