Bio

Got into crossfit in May 2011 after a 4-5 year period of doing no exercise and although I started crossfit with no intention of competing I was totally hooked from the start and my competitive nature came through and I have taken it to a whole new level since the New Year embracing paeleo diet and upping my training, I am working on improving technique in all the lifts and slowly building my strength up, I naturally have a good engine My sporting background is canoeing at International level and after that swimming at masters level

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I follow mainly paeleo but do eat rye bread now and again and love cheese so that is my cheat food

I have always enjoyed sports and did canoeing up to world championship level, enjoyed masters swimming and running in my 30's and had 4 years doing no sport until crossfit
