Gymnast since age to 10 thru college....avid gym rat....and a struggling Marathoner, but did it for the challenge...until my brother, who is a cop, turned me on to Xfit....so sick of gyms, I've spent my life in em... Tried it, and honestly struggled for about 2 months, hurting, and frustrated bcuz I felt like a dumbshit not knowing what amrap, metcon, tabata, t2b's...etc. meant....but something clicked. Xfit ended up being a combination of all the things I had loved, but in a new, challenging way. It spoke to my Uber competitiveness....and haven't looked back.. Love it!
