I started as an Outlaw athlete under Rudy Nielson in October 2008, and now I live in Dallas. I follow Spencer Arnold's programming from Power and Grace Performance, and I train at CrossFit Deep with Eric Rosenstock and the rest of the Deep Performance team.
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
Tuesdays are donut days with my daughter.
