I have been training under Rudy Nielson at Outlaw Crossfit since October 2008, and now I live in Dallas. I currently train at CF Deep, and I follow a combination of Spencer Arnold's programming and Rudy's programming at www.theoutlawway.com.

I eat whatever is convenient
I like the Paleo concept, but I don't have the time or money for it.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
