I played youth or high school level sports
I have grew up playing many sports, mainly hockey which I played various Levels of Junoir.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have been doing crossfit for about 3 years now. After hockey I still had a need for that competative edge. Crossfit has brought that too me. I began doing a couple classes with a friend. which has lead to Crossfit becoming a part of my life. Now it is like a full time sport as I try to enter competions when I can as well as travel to places like Socal to get different competition experience from different regions.
