I'm a 38 year old Firefighter/Paramedic from Ohio. I found CrossFit approximately 6 years ago and have Loved every challenge since. The CrossFit community is what drives my desire to better my fitness and overall health. There is no other exercise philosophy that bridges the gaps between health & wellness and raw athleticism like CrossFit. Can't wait to see where it takes me next!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo-ish... I eat tubers and dairy.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I began my CrossFit "career" on my own in my basement. After 1 1/2 years or so I was lucky enough to find a local CrossFit gym and the fun began! I received my level 1 and began to train others which grew to a true passion. I have attended the Olympic and Football seminars/Certs. I plan on attending level II in the near future.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I try to follow the 3 on 1 off prescription as my schedule allows.
